Competition Rules:
1. Promotion dates : 1st May 2007 - 30th April 2008 at 23:59 hours.
2. Each month, a Unique Number (“UN”) will be selected from the universe of unique numbers printed on the cover of all printed Hull Colour Pages directories.
3. Entrants can check to see if the unique number on their copy of the Hull Colour Pages is a winning number by visiting www.hullcolourpages.co.uk or calling 0871 873 2332. The monthly winning number will be updated and available to check against on the site and phone line by 12:00 noon on the first working day of each month
4. Entrants will need to answer a simple qualifying question correctly and input details including their name, address and telephone number before inputting their UN.
5. Automated phone line will be available 24 hours a day. Calls are charged at the rate of 10p per minute from a landline and on average the call should last approximately 3 minutes. You will be given the opportunity to listen to these terms and conditions at an additional cost. Calls from mobile phones may cost extra – please check with your network provider.
6. In entering this competition,customers confirm that they consent to their personal details being used for telephone, postal and email marketing. The details will not be passed on to other parties.
7. The website and automated phone line will inform entrants whether their UN is that month’s winning UN.
8. Winners will be subject to a verification process. If they have that month’s winning UN on their edition of the Hull Colour Pages, customers will be required to present the front cover of their directory along with their name and address via post to Hull Colour Pages Promotion, PO Box 7172, Milton Keynes, MK14 6WG within 28 days of the end of the following calendar month.
9.Proof of posting does not equal proof of receipt. We recommend covers are posted via recorded mail.
10. Only official winning numbers/directory covers will be accepted. Those that are damaged, defaced, copied or defective in any way will not be accepted.
11. The promoter will not be responsible for any claims or applications lost, delayed or damaged in the post.
12. Entrants will be notified and winners will receive a cheque for the sum of £5,000 within 14 days of notification.
13. Restrictions may apply. One UN will be selected each month with a possible new winner each and every month for the promotional period.
14. All entrants must be UK residents over 18 years old.
15. No purchase necessary.
16. Only one entry per household is permitted and any multiple entries disqualify all entries.
17. Promoter’s decision is final in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. The prize must be accepted as offered.
19. Kingston reserves the right to substitute an alternative prize of equivalent value.
20. The winners will be notified by post and will be named at www.hullcolourpages.co.uk each month.
21. Entrants agree to have their name and contact details used by Kingston Communications for marketing purposes. The winner agrees to have their name and town/city displayed on the Hull Colour Pages website. Winners agree to participate in any future publicity.
22. All respondents agree to receive Kingston Communications marketing material by post, telephone and email.
23. Employees, contractors, directors, staff or moderators of Kingston Communications (or any of their group companies) are not eligible to enter.
